Category : Safety on the Water
The harbour can get a little busy over the weekends guys but while your out on the water keeping everyone safe is the responsibility of the skipper onboard. These pics are taken from the bridge of one of the gas ships and show a pretty average decision made by the skipper of the tinny. These ships take miles to stop, and as you can see from the pictures, small boats are basically invisible to the bridge over the bow. DO NOT pass in front of big shipping, more close calls like this will lead to incidents that will cost lives. These close calls will also bring about the need for boat licensing as people display a lack of knowledge of safety on the water.
From the team at Frontier Marine Services be aware, be smart and be safe out on the water. Like and share this post guys as this message needs to be spread.
